Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of successful order and are shipped via reputed courier services.

The package will arrive usually within 5-7 days of the order for most cities in India. However, in certain locations delivery could take 7-10 days due to logistic issues if any  

Delivery charges will be shown at check out before final payment.  In cases where delivery charges are not shown separately, delivery charges are included in the price of the product.

Currently, we ship only in INDIA for orders placed at this website. For shipping outside India please contact us on email/phone and we will arrange delivery for the same as per applicable delivery charges.

We reserve the right to use any shipper to ship your packages.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the products.

Boxes/ packing bags are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

If you have any problems with your order, in terms of quality or come across any defects, we’ll be happy to replace the product or refund the amount as you desire. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt.

You can call us on 022 42660443 or email at info@arka4u.com and confirm the return. You may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed for a maximum amount of Rs.100. Please mention invoice number on the address label.

We will refund the money after we receive the product at our warehouse subject to the product being in UNUSED condition. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank).

Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
